Patrick Shepherd serves as the Associate Director of the Cleveland International Film Festival. He joined the organization as a seasonal staff member for the 23rd Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF) in 1999. Patrick was hired in a full-time capacity as Development Director in 2001 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2006. Along with the near tripling of our attendance (topping 100,000 for the last four years), our annual operating budget has increased from $750,000 to $3.2 million.
